Recommendations for use

Application features
It is recommended to use only clean, non-hard water. A mandatory requirement is to ensure complete coverage of the area and abundant wetting of the plants during product application. Treatment is recommended in the evening or during the day in cloudy weather.

Working solution consumption rate
200-300 l/ha for ground spraying and 50-70 l/ha for aerial.
Compatibility
Tank mixes with other plant protection products are not recommended due to mismatched application timing, except for use with fungicides during potato desiccation. Compatible in tank mixes with urea or ammonium nitrate.
Application precautions
Treatment of crops should be carried out at the onset of physiological seed maturity and at seed moisture no higher than 30%. Treatment at earlier dates may reduce yield and lower the sowing quality of the seed. The application temperature should not exceed +25Β°C.

Mechanism of action

Diquat dibromide reaches the plant surface and partially moves through the xylem. Diquat dibromide disrupts photosynthesis in plants. Strong oxides form in them, damaging cell membranes and cytoplasm, which leads to cell dehydration and plant desiccation. It acts immediately after product application, allowing harvest to begin in 5-7 days depending on air temperature.
