This document (hereinafter — the "Terms") regulates the conditions of use of the website defenda.com.ua (hereinafter — the "Website"), owned by Limited Liability Company "Ukragroprotect" (trademark DEFENDA, hereinafter — the "Owner").

By using the Website, you (hereinafter — the "User") confirm that you have read these Terms, agree to them in full, and undertake to comply with them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website.

The Terms have been developed in accordance with the Constitution of Ukraine, the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce", the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", and other regulatory legal acts.

2. Definitions

• Website — the internet resource defenda.com.ua containing information about products and services of Ukragroprotect LLC (trademark DEFENDA).
• Owner — Ukragroprotect LLC, the rightsholder of the Website and its content.
• User — any natural or legal person visiting the Website.
• Content — any information posted on the Website: texts, images, videos, audio, graphics, logos, databases, source code, etc.
• Products — plant protection products (PPP), generic preparations, and related goods of the DEFENDA trademark, manufactured/distributed by Ukragroprotect LLC.

3. Purpose of the Website

The Website is an informational B2B catalog intended for:

• providing information about plant protection products of the DEFENDA trademark;
• presenting crop protection schemes and application recommendations;
• providing communication with regional managers and dealers;
• delivering technical information for agronomists, farmers, and distributors.

4. Rules of Use

By using the Website, the User undertakes to:

• provide accurate information when filling out feedback forms;
• not violate the rights of other Users and third parties;
• comply with the laws of Ukraine;

However, the final decision on product application is made by a qualified agronomist taking into account specific field conditions, crop, and region.

The Owner is not liable for:

• damages caused by improper application of products without consultation with a regional manager or certified agronomist;

• temporary unavailability of the Website due to technical maintenance, cyberattacks, or force majeure;
• loss of User data due to their own actions or actions of third parties.

The total amount of the Owner's liability to the User in any case is limited by the amount provided by current Ukrainian law.

9. Links to Third-Party Websites

The Website may contain links to third-party resources, including:

• lnzweb.com — LNZ Group's online store (for online product ordering);
• official social media pages;
• partner and distributor websites.

The Owner is not liable for the content, privacy policies, or terms of use of third-party resources. Transitioning to such resources is at your own risk.
